These general terms and conditions bind Torres Distribuição, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Watchers"), corporate entity no. 502 964 332, headquartered at Avenida Almirante Reis, 39, 1169-039 Lisbon, and the individuals and entities (hereinafter referred to as "User") who wish to purchase products and services on the website Watchers.pt.
These conditions may be changed; it is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the conditions in effect at the time of use of the website will be applicable.
Please read these general terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the services.
By creating an account to subscribe to access the website Watchers.pt, the user agrees to the general terms and conditions of the service and the privacy and cookie policy of Watchers.
Watchers is the legitimate owner of the website Watchers.pt and holds the marketing rights for the products and services advertised therein, including the brands Junghans, Franck Muller, Graham, Cvstos, Oris, Raymond Weil, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Messika, and Versace, distributed and represented by Watchers.
The aforementioned products and services include, among others:

II. Access
The user can freely access the website watchers.pt.
To make a purchase, the user must select the products they wish to acquire and add them to the shopping cart, confirming the selection.
Upon checkout, the user must provide their personal and shipping information for the product to be delivered.
III. Links from Other Websites and Communication Services
Any links from third-party websites are the sole responsibility of the respective website and its owners, not Watchers.
IV. Sales Conditions

VI. Technical and Security Conditions

Watchers also does not guarantee the provision of the Service in situations of unpredictable overload of the systems on which it relies or force majeure (extraordinary or unpredictable situations beyond Watchers' control).
In the event of interruption of access to the website Watchers.pt due to unpredictable overload of the systems on which it relies, Watchers commits to regularize its operation as soon as possible.
Watchers reserves the right to unilaterally change the layout of the website, as well as its technical configurations, always with the intent of introducing improvements or complying with legal provisions, even if such changes result in temporary interruptions of access.
Watchers is free to decide to deactivate the website, but must communicate such deactivation either publicly on the same platform or by notifying the registered User via email of its intention at least sixty business days in advance of the deactivation.

The user must use them as any other material protected by copyright (book, film, record, etc.), and copying, reproducing, disseminating, modifying, publishing, or any form of exploitation, even for free or private purposes, of any content under this contract is prohibited.

Any violation of the previous number will be sanctioned by Watchers with the suspension of the service and cancellation of the User's account, as well as being subject to legal action to safeguard the rights of Watchers and its creators and collaborators and to compensate for the damages suffered.
VIII. Electronic Communications
1. Without prejudice to other forms of communication provided for in these General Conditions, notifications made to the User relating to the use of Watchers.pt, including any changes to these General Conditions or Sales Conditions or Privacy Policy, may be made to the User's email address, via SMS, or by phone contact.
2. The User agrees to receive any and all communication and/or notification related to the use of the website Watchers.pt at the address, contact phone number, and/or email address indicated in the registration process. At any time, the User may request not to receive these communications and/or notifications via email at geral@Watchers.pt.
IX. Assignment of Contractual Position
1. The temporary assignment or definitive transfer to third parties, rental, loan, or any other similar activity or practice of the email, username, and password defined by the User is prohibited. The User is fully responsible for the confidentiality of the access data they submit.
2. The User authorizes Watchers to assign the contractual position it holds in this contractual relationship to any other entity, without the need for any prior communication or authorization.
X. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing
1. The processing of User data is carried out in compliance with applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data. The User's personal data is subject to automated processing and will be included in Watchers' database.
2. The processing of personal data is done in accordance with Watchers' Privacy and Cookies Policy, which should be read carefully.

The User may submit their complaints to Watchers within thirty days of becoming aware of the fact that gave rise to the complaint via email at geral@Watchers.pt.
XII. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Evidence
1. The applicable law is Portuguese law.
2. To resolve any conflict arising from any contract entered into under these general conditions, the competent court will be the court of the district of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
3. The parties agree that the computerized records, maintained in Watchers' information systems under reasonable security conditions, serve as proof of the communications and records made between the parties.
The User declares that they have received, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website described above, as well as the Sales Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.
