Exchanges and Returns

Watchers grants the Customer a period of 30 days to make exchanges/returns. The customer has 30 consecutive days to carry out the exchange/return, and it is not possible to exchange/return the product after this period.

The 30-day return period begins on the day the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the Customer takes physical possession of the product they wish to exchange/return. In the case of multiple goods ordered by the Customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period begins on the date of delivery of the last item. Therefore, for orders delivered to the Customer's address, this period starts counting from the moment the carrier delivers the order.

To carry out the exchange/return of the ordered product, the Customer must communicate in advance with Watchers either by phone (+351 218 110 890) or by email (geral@watchers.pt), explaining their situation, and then proceed to send the product in question to the address of Watchers (Avenida Almirante Reis, 39 - 1169-039 Lisbon) accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the original document.

Returns are only accepted for products that are in perfect condition and accompanied by the respective invoice, tags, and case. Returns are not accepted for:

a) Customized products;

b) Products that are damaged (for example, with signs of falling or scratches);

c) Products that show signs of use;

d) Products not accompanied by the original case and any complementary documents such as: limited series certificate, warranty cards, user manuals, or others.

After examining the returned product, if it meets the required conditions for return, Watchers will proceed with the refund of the product price within a maximum period of thirty days from the receipt of the product.
